Scribe 2/4/13

Happy Monday!

Started the with collection and talking about the 7 Deadly Sins packet. Ended this talk with the connection back to how we have choices in life and we all have a choice to be good or evil.

Were given a "The Fall of Satan" packet to work on in class together and as homework if we didn't finish

Then we checked out Frankenstein books and were assigned to do background reading vii-xxii.

Following this we discussed the blog question from this weekend: What are some of the greatest wrongs society can commit? An individual can commit?

"Human beings have been given the ability and freedom to choose between good and evil, and so long as they choose the good they will remain strong and free." Quote epitomized this unit and semester in English literature.

Started reading The Fall of Satan from Paradise Lost by John Milton. Pg. 441 in big literature book.

Homework: blog post~ How does a just and good God allow evil to exist?, finish "The Fall of Satan" packet, read Frankenstein vii-xxii, last lecture part one childhood due in two weeks
